My Pregnancy Diet Plan


I hope i'm not to late to back on track on healthy diet..

For Supplement :-
- Pramilet
- calcium
- neurogain
- iron tablet
- enfamama A+

consume by doc in private and govt.

My Diet Plan :-
- Eat less sugar
(no more milo, chocolate and ice cream)
- eat more veggie and fruits
- drink lot of water
(no cold water anymore)

that all i can think right now..
i want to do the best that i can..
these are the time that I should focus more..
